Easter Show

Went to the 'supposedly agricultural' easter show yesterday but struggled to see much that had even the vaguest relationship to farming. However if immensely fat children with mullets ever become livestock things would change dramatically.

More critters

Also saw these little critters on my bushwalk.

A puffer fish of some sort that was bumbling around in the esturaries.

A giant fly that would have been a good 3 to 4 centimetres long.

And finally a very large orb web spider.

Cycling

Cycled from Glebe to Maroubra and back via a long and random path that included a few laps around centenial park.
Speaking of cycling the rolling stone suggests you get some pracitce in now before the rush starts.

Tennis

Played a little tennis over the last few days and suprised myself with my mediocrity.

Zoo

Went to the Zoo on sunday and although the concession price of $24 seemed a bit steep it did include a ferry ride there and back and gondola ride up to the top of the zoo.
Saw lots of lovely snakes and lizards too as well as some boring animals like elephants and giraffes.

By the way if you are quick you can snap up the New Zealand foreshore for the bargain price of $900,990,309,027,001.00 on trade me or as one person offered in a question; i will trade 2 muskets and a bag of potatoes for the chattams. I'll also throw in a free blanket. posted by: cheeps (28 ) 10:27 pm, Thu 21 Oct

Some of the other questions were quite interesting as well such as;
More on your sale of girlfriends, do you offer package deals and bulk buying? I'm interested in obtaining a harem, and have yet to find a suitable source for my requirements. posted by: jevon (13 ) 10:54 pm, Thu 21 Oct
Yes, buy one, get one free. Quality cannot always be guarenteed, and 'mingers' can slip in every now and then. Finance terms avaliable.

Naked Rugby

Was wandering home yesterday past the colleges and noticed there were a lot of first years playing some strange version of touch rugby which seemed to involve the worst players having to take off there clothing off. One poor boy had lost all of his clothing much to the amusement of various onlookers including the young lady who was with me.
