Went to the Royal national park again last week and below are some the things that I saw.
A flannel flower.
There were thousands of these little bug things everywhere.
A view of the scenery.
A shy wonga pigeon.
Some black and yellow cockatoos.
A freshwater eel.
A large native roach.

Serenity
I went and saw the movie serenity on thursday. Before I went to the movie I was a little skepticle of what it would be like but considering that, due mainly to starwars, I normally do not find much pleasure in the sci fi genera. However serenity has changed my opinion and reminded me how truely awful starwars was. Well worth watching if you have some spare time.

Royal N.P.
Went for another walk in the Royal national park on saturday. The weather was overcast and windy which kept the temperatures to a tolerable level. Saw plenty of criters such as an eastern water dragon, a giant cockroach and the elusive wonga pidgeon. Sadly though i forgot to take my camera. Still a good walk with very few other people around to disturb the wildlife.

Caves
Deep pass
Went camping in deep pass in the blue mountains over the long weekend.
It's an easy 30 min walk in which was good as it was very hot over the weekend.
The campsite is lovely with a river near by as well as some caves to explore.
Sadly though because it is reasonably easy to get to it has become a little poluted by thoughtless people and ferals leaving there rubbish lying around.
There is a water dragon in the above photo and if you strain your eyes enough you may be able to see it.
