Yengo National Park

A quick weekend trip up to the Yengo NP this weekend.
Stayed in the Mogo river campground which was nice.
Quite a few birds with highlights being flocks of tufted honeyeaters a king quail and a jacky winter. Pitt town lagoon was rather dissapointing though when we visited on the way back.
Quite a pleasant spot although it may be a bit warm over the summer.

Sleepy

Another weekend of not doing much, might need to get a car so I can get out of this awful city with greater ease.

Curra Moors

Did the Curra Moors walk for a third time on the weekend as it is a nice loop to take the family around. The first part of it had turned into a stream with the recent rains but the rest was nice. Wildlife consisted of a few frogs and a wallaby as well of hundreds of new holland honey eaters. There were also a few other birds including a few things flying past that looked vaguely like tawny crowned honeyeaters and a highly probable siting of striated thornbill, the little bugger flew off before I could confirm it.
