Super 14

The super 14 is about to start and yet again the Chiefs will undoubtedly dominate just to have the final trophy stolen from them due to poor refereeing and too many players being arrested for unfortunate misunderstandings over urinal location.

Olympic Park

Went cycling at Sydney Olympic Park on saturday.
The highlight was being lucky enough to stumble across an eastern blue tounge lizard (Tiliqua scincoides).

Not my picture as I had forgotten my camera.

Go the chiefs.

Nearly time for the super 14 to start again and undoubtedly the chiefs will once again be the dominant force.
Still it would help if team members refrained from getting arrested so often.
The most recent of the incidents involved Sione Lauaki coming out of the casino where he had squandered his earnings confident in the knowledge that if he gets an injury he will end up poor and on the dole. Still at least he didn't piss on the dance floor in a pub like another chiefs player.

Moving house

Who would have thought it was possible to accumulate so much stuff in so little time.
Still after a couple of awfull days it is all over now minus the destruction of the cat sized cockroaches that are plagueing my room.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

I was dragged to see the new Harry Potter movie dispite my efforts to suggest that King Kong would be a better choice. Strangely though it was better than I had imagined and in places aspired to being tolerable.
