Quiet
Not much has been happening, Christmas came and went along with new years, finally finished my corrections and managed to see a Striated heron, Fairy martins, Red rumped parrots, Dusky wood swallows and sharptailed sandpipers as well as a large blue tongue lizard all within 30 minutes of the pitiful little box I live in.

Just calm down with that birding til I get back.
I'm off into glossy black territory on the weekend so I will take a few photos to show you what they look like.
Hope you are enjoying the cold it is disgusting over here at the moment.
