Olympic Park

Went cycling at Sydney Olympic Park on saturday.
The highlight was being lucky enough to stumble across an eastern blue tounge lizard (Tiliqua scincoides).

Not my picture as I had forgotten my camera.

No although they are compleatly harmless and quite slow I didn't want to disturb it too much.

That's really neat you came across it. Good thing some 10-year-old didn't find it, poor thing would've been someone's pet.
